How to make a fried chicken panjabi

 Fried chickenis very famous and very tasty dish in iftari. People usually likeFried chickenin Pakistan and India and UK very much. Today i am going to share with you how to mbake  Fried chicken in iftar easy recipe at home. Recipe of  Fried chicken is quite simple and easy.

Wish  Chicken                                                        1 1/4 kg.
Refined oil                                                              5 tbsp.
Minced tomato                                                      2 cup.

Cumin seeds                                                           1 tbsp.
Water                                                                      3/4 cup.
Mustard seed                                                        3/4 tbsp.
Poppy paste                                                           2 tbsp.
Chili powder                                                          1 tbsp.
Curry leaves                                                          1/2  cup.
Coriander powder                                                3 tbsp.
Finely chopped coriander leaves                      1 cup .
Grated coconut                                                     1/2 cup.
Garlic flakes                                                          1 tbsp.                               

METHOD FOR MAKaING fried panjibi chicken RECIPE

Step 1

add the chicken pieces. add turmeric powder paste and chilli-coriander- Mix thoroughly and Fry for five minutes.

Step 2

·         For preparing this chicken recipe, clean and wash the chicken three-four times and drain. Keep this cleaned chicken aside and make a paste of 2 pieces of mustard seeds, ginger cumin seeds,, garlic, and black peppercorn.

Step 3

·         When the chicken tender mix in coconut poppy paste and cook over medium heat 5 minutes.

Step 4

Heat oil in pressure cooker fry onions till they turn golden brown. Then add curry leaves salt mix in ginger-garlic spice paste and fry for 4 minutes.

Step 5

·         Then turmeric powder and a quarter cup of water take chili powder. coriander powder. Grind them all and make a paste of it.  grind together poppy seeds and grated fresh coconut and make fine paste them.


Step 6

·         Add tomatoes and fry for another five minutes with one and a half cups of water and cook for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 7



·         Finally, add mix well and remove from heat. coriander leaves Serve it hot with butter naan and raita.
