How to make a fruit chaat
fruit chaat is very famous and very tasty dish in iftari. People usually like fruit chaat in Pakistan and India and UK very much. Today i am going to share with you how to make fruit chaat in iftar recipe at home. Recipe of fruit chaat is quite simple and easy.
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon ajwain
3 tablespoons black salt
1 tablespoons table salt
2 teaspoons cumin seeds
1/4 cup coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoons citric acid
1 teaspoon amchur (dried mango powder)
2 or 3 dried red chilies, stemmed
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
PREPARATION
- Place small nonstick saut pan over slow heat. Add the coriander or dry-roast until lightly browned fragrant. Tranfer a bowl. Add one spice at a time dry-roast cumin and ajwain Add them to coriander. Stir and set aside cool completely. Transfer to a spice grinder. Add the chilies, black salt, citric acid, amchur, table salt and pepper. Grind to a fine powder. Store in an airtight container.
