500g/1lb 2oz lean beef mince
4 cream crackers
1 table spoon dried mixed herbs
1 table spoon olive oil
1 free-range egg


Ingredients For Tomato Sauce



2 onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
Small carrot, grated
1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato purée
salt and pepper
500g/1lb 2oz spaghetti (cooked according to instructions on paper)


Method of  Spaghetti and Meatballs



Put Cream crackers in plastic bag. Wrap bag in tea towel and bash with rolling pin until crushed.

Put mince into the large bowl, add mixed crushed cream crackers & 
herbs. Tap egg gently on side of bowl and put crack egg into bowl. Mix mixture of mince together with hands. Get squished in so all ingredients are mixed together.


Now move to Meatballs, giving shaped to the meatballs take spoonful of the mince mixture and put palm of your hands. Cup your 2nd hand over mince & roll into it to make Meatballs round shape. Make meatballs, put meatballs in a plate and chill in fridge for 20 minutes.

To make tomato sauce, heat large pan and add oil into it. Add carrot and onion and garlic and fry all for 6 minutes. Add tinned tomatoes and tomato purée. Season with the salt & pepper, allow to simmer for the 15 minutes in low heat.


Warm a tablespoon of oil in another shallow skillet, include the meatballs and cook over a medium warmth for a couple of minutes until sautéed all things considered. To keep your meatballs round when broiling, hold the handle of the skillet and shake the dish in a round activity so that the meatballs never have an opportunity to settle and straighten and stay round.
