SAVORY CHICKEN & RICE

Recipe

chicken legs                                                                                                       6
 water                                                                                                                 4
  1/2 cups
 Knorr Fiesta Sides Spanish Rice                                                                 2 1/2 packages
frozen peas and carrots                                                                                 2   1/2 cups 
green olives with pimento, choa                                                                   1/2 cup 

LET'S GET COOKING

Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat a large deep nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook chicken, turning occasionally, 20 minutes or until browned and almost cooked through
.
Remove chicken and set aside. mix  water same skillet  bring toboil over strong heat. Stir Knorr Fiesta Sides  Spanish Rice. Return chicken skillet cover and cook 3 minutes. Reduce heat to a simmer, scatter peas and carrots over rice and cook 5 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken thoroughly cooked.

Sprinkle with olives cover and let stand 3 minutes.
