Roast cod with a lemon, garlic and parsley crust
Ingredients
675g or 1lb 8oz cod filled with 3cm/1¼ thick
3 tablespoon parsley chopped
85g over 3 oz white bread crumbs
soft/slightly stale
two cloves garlic must be crushed
sixty gram/2¼oz butter must be melted
squeezed lemon juice
lemon wedges for serve
Method of Roast cod with a lemon, garlic and parsley crust
Season the cod with salt and pepper to taste.
Blend the breadcrumbs with the parsley, garlic, lemon get-up-and-go, salt and pepper, at that point include spread and lemon juice. Blend completely with your fingers.
