KARAHI MUTTON RECIPE | KARAHI GOSHT | MUTTON KARAHI RESTAURANT STYLE RECIPE

 

 

Ingredients For Mutton Karahi :

Hari mirch (Green chilies) 6 to 7
Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ Cup
Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to tast
Mutton 1800 gm
Lamb fat 400 gm
Hara dhania (Green coriander) chopped 2 tbs
Corriender powder ½ half tsp
Zeera powder 1 tsp
Dry corriender 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Garam masala powder half tsp
Onion 1 large finely chopped
Tomatoes 7 to 8 medium
Butter salted 300 gm

Method & Direction For Mutton Karahi:

Put mutton in pressure cooker along wid butter ginger garlic paste and half liter water and cook it for 15 min or until mutton cooks properly after that open the cooker

Now add butter in karahi nd add lamb fat and saute it for 3 to 4 minutes nd add 1 nd half tsp of ginger garlic paste

Now add broth of mutton into karahi cook it for 2 minutes and add mutton into it add tomatoes and green chilies cover the pan and cook it for 15 minutes on medium flame

Then add all spices in it andcover the pan and cook it for more 5 minutes

After 5 minutes open the lid and mix it properly
